special.  It is a wonderful blend of roux, shrimp, crab, okra
and vegetables with a gentle amount of rice.  It is mildly spicy
for your desire.  We make and sell our Gumbo In-House.  We
sell about 50 gallons of Gumbo a week to our hungry
customers.
